My Account
My Account contains purchase history information, saved parts lists, billing information, account settings, and support cases/warranty claims pending or closed.
Purchases
Purchase History:
Show previous orders or filter by Open to display current orders only.
Returns:
Enter a date range to display orders returned during the selected period.
Reorder Items:
Add previously ordered items to the current cart.
Quotes
Saved Lists
Saved item listings can be used for quick reordering of items.
Pay Account Balance
From My Account>, Account Balance, view Outstanding Balance amounts and any available credits.
Statements can also be printed for reference.
To pay a balance due, please call the Stens Canada Customer Service team at 877-439-3331.

Cases
Warranty or other issues can be submitted by selecting Cases under My Account.
Please note, as of 1/1/2018, warranty cases exclude Kawasaki claims.
