Karcher and Stens would like to thank you for supporting the Karcher brand as an Authorized Service Center. Recently, Karcher has restructured its parts and warranty distribution and will no longer be utilizing Stens to administer warranty, technical support or parts shipping for the US or Canada.
As of April 9, these functions will be implemented through Karcher (or its agents). The transition from Stens to Karcher will take some time to finalize and in the meantime, please continue to rely on Stens.
As a current service center you should take the following two actions to ensure a smooth transition:
1.) Review your existing Karcher customer repairs and order the needed parts from Stens as soon as possible so that the parts will arrive by March 31, 2010. If the repair is a warranty item, the warranty claim must be completed and submitted to Stens by March 31, 2010 to be reimbursed.
2.) If you would like to continue as an Authorized Karcher Service Center, please fill in the information below and fax back to Karcher at 303-865-2791. There will be a new evaluation process for all service centers. Karcher will be in contact with you shortly to discuss the new criteria.
